Specials will be available at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson; Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin; and Tailgate Social, located at Palace Station Hotel & Casino, on Friday, March 17.
At Borracha, guests can enjoy an Irish coffee from 4 to 11 p.m., which features Irish whiskey, hot coffee, sugar and topped with cream, priced at $12; green beer, priced at $10; and Jameson shots, priced at $12 each. Guests won’t need luck with Bottiglia’s Lucky Charm cocktail, made with Jameson, green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, lime and mint leaves, priced at $16 and available from 4 to 11 p.m.
Available from 4 to 11 p.m., Hearthstone will prepare a celebratory Irish dish, Guinness braised short ribs served over mashed potatoes with carrots and onions, priced at $38. Additionally, the restaurant will offer Jameson shots, priced at $12 each; Guinness beer, priced at $14; and Irish coffee, priced at $12. Guests looking to be the life of the “Paddy” can head to Tailgate Social from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and enjoy Irish coffee, priced at $12; green beer, priced at $7; Guinness Draught beer, priced at $8; and Jameson shots, priced at $12 each.
Each restaurant's happy hour menus will also be available from 4 to 6 p.m., featuring select dishes, cocktails, wines by the glass and more for $8 each.

Let's Get "Whiskey" At Eight Lounge ! Starts At 8 PM!
Get into some “whiskey” business at Eight Lounge, the luxe cigar bar and cocktail lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas, this St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish Whiskey Garden Party. The party, sponsored by Teeling Whiskey, will invite guests to celebrate the holiday with spirits, cigars and live music on Friday, March 17.
The party will begin at 8 p.m. on Eight's 2,200-square-foot terrace featuring views of The Las Vegas Strip. Eight will feature shots of Teeling, Irish Slammers and Guinness, available all day for $8. To keep the celebration going, Eight will host live music from a Celtic folk rock band, Swainn, playing from 8 p.m. until midnight.
Eight's full cigar and spirits menu will also be available, featuring a selection of more than 150 cigars from makers such as the Arturo Fuente and Drew Estate, plus unique and rare whiskeys, bourbon, tequila and more.

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by illuminating its 1,149-foot exterior with green lighting and offering Irish fare, green beer, live entertainment and more, beginning Friday, March 17 through Sunday, March 19.
Drink specials will be available at PT’s Wings & Sports, REMIX Lounge, View Lounge and 108 Drinks, including a complimentary green Jell-O shot with any purchase of $10 or more; a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey with a pickle juice back, priced at $10; and green beer, priced at $7.
Irish-inspired fare will be offered throughout The STRAT at PT’s Wings & Sports, STRAT Café and McCall’s Heartland Grill. Festive dishes will include corned beef and cabbage sliders with sliced corned beef brisket and cabbage slaw, made on house-baked slider rolls, priced at $18 at PT’s Wings & Sports; traditional sliced corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes and carrots, paired with a choice of Budweiser or Bud Light and priced at $28 at STRAT Café; and a corned beef rib platter, slow-cooked corned beef ribs served with roasted baby red potatoes and Guinness-braised cabbage, priced at $52 at McCall’s Heartland Grill.

The new Vegas Stand Up & Rock is bringing legendary entertainment to OYO Hotel & Casino, located footsteps from the MGM with a performance by rock and roll superstar Gilby Clarke on Friday, March 17.
