Clique Hospitality’s restaurants will celebrate everyone’s favorite Irish holiday with saintly sips and eats on St. Patrick’s Day. Specials will be available at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson; Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin; and Tailgate Social, located at Palace Station Hotel & Casino, on Friday, March 17.
At Borracha, guests can enjoy an Irish coffee from 4 to 11 p.m., which features Irish whiskey, hot coffee, sugar and topped with cream, priced at $12; green beer, priced at $10; and Jameson shots, priced at $12 each. Guests won’t need luck with Bottiglia’s Lucky Charm cocktail, made with Jameson, green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, lime and mint leaves, priced at $16 and available from 4 to 11 p.m.
Available from 4 to 11 p.m., Hearthstone will prepare a celebratory Irish dish, Guinness braised short ribs served over mashed potatoes with carrots and onions, priced at $38. Additionally, the restaurant will offer Jameson shots, priced at $12 each; Guinness beer, priced at $14; and Irish coffee, priced at $12. Guests looking to be the life of the “Paddy” can head to Tailgate Social from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and enjoy Irish coffee, priced at $12; green beer, priced at $7; Guinness Draught beer, priced at $8; and Jameson shots, priced at $12 each.
Each restaurant's happy hour menus will also be available from 4 to 6 p.m., featuring select dishes, cocktails, wines by the glass and more for $8 each.
