V’s Ristorante brings Italian flair and flavor to Three Square Food Bank’s
popular Las Vegas Restaurant Week, supporting this important citywide
initiative. From June 15 - 26, 2015, foodies can dine at Buddy V’s Ristorante
and know they are supporting a great cause. Menu items featuring owner Buddy
Valastro’s heirloom family recipes and delectable desserts will make diners
feel at home.
LUNCH:
ANTIPASTO
(choice of):
Tomato
& Basil Soup – grana padano and focaccia croutons; or Caesar Salad –
polenta croutons, parmesan and classic dressing
MAIN
COURSE (choice of):
Spaghetti
and Meatballs – beef & pork, red wine, tomato; Grilled Salmon – Mediterranean chickpea and artichoke salad,
roasted tomato vinaigrette and balsamic; or Chicken Chopped Salad – chicken,
artichokes, tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, celery, garbanzos, roasted
peppers, mozzarella, arugula and Italian vinaigrette.
DESSERT:
Cannoli
& Cookies – cinnamon pastry, sweet ricotta cream, cocoa drops, pistachios
and Italian Cookies.

for the Restaurant Week lunch is $20.15 per person. Tax and gratuity not

DINNER:

Meatballs – beef, veal & pork, tomato ragu, pecorino; Caesars Salad –
polenta croutons, parmesan and classic dressing; or Panzanella – buffalo
mozzarella, tomatoes, grilled bread, arugula, balsamic red onions.
MAIN
COURSE (choice of):
Spaghetti
Bolognese – beef & pork, red wine, tomato; Roasted Branzino – cured lemon,
arugula salad and pine nuts; My Dad’s Bucatini Carbonara – pancetta, cracked
black pepper and egg; or Chicken Parm – oven-baked, provolone, mozzarella,
spaghetti marinara.
DESSERT:
Tiramisu
& Cookies – marsala mascarpone cream, chocolate espresso cake, lady fingers
and Italian Cookies.

for the Restaurant Week dinner is $40.15 per person. Tax and gratuity not
included.
Since
2007, more than 2.5 million meals have been provided for those in need through
funding obtained during Restaurant Week. Today, Three Square helps feed more
than 137,000 men, women, children and seniors each month. With the community’s
support during Restaurant Week, Three Square gets closer to its goal of feeding
the 315,000 people in need in Southern Nevada. All proceeds from Restaurant
Week remain in Las Vegas and help Three Square in its fight to end hunger in
Southern Nevada.
