The Political Party and Hyde Bellagio are partnering to create a forum where the general public (voters) have the opportunity to meet candidates seeking election in 2014, in person! The purpose of the Meet the Candidates events is to create a forum where Media and the general public (you the voter) will have the opportunity to meet the Candidates seeking election this year. 

The event format is a meet and greet cocktail party starting at 6:00 p.m. with a hosted champagne bar for the first hour and a special drink menu for the rest of the event. Candidates will have an opportunity to address the attendees and will have designated areas to hand out literature and mingle with the guests. The Political Party has organized a Host Committee to ensure it remains non-partisan.

We are fully cognizant of the need for services for those with intellectual disabilities and these fundraisers help achieve that,” she said.

The Grant a Gift Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in 2009 out of the struggle encountered by a young mother whose son, Grant, was diagnosed with autism. The charity helps those up to 18 years of age on the autism spectrum and their families by addressing gaps in services. It offers diagnostic, treatment and support services, as well as quality-of-life programs that help to prepare those on the spectrum to live as independent adults and have a functioning role in our communities.

“We are so grateful for Lev Restaurant Group!” said Lynda Tache, Founder and Executive Director of the Grant a Gift Autism Foundation.  “Because of their ongoing support and involvement with our organization and TeenWorks Vocational program, we have changed the lives of hundreds of children and families living with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Award Winning Actor, Producer, Director Out & About In Vegas! Who? Where?

On Wednesday, May 28 award-winning actor, producer and director Nicolas Cage was spotted enjoying a delicious lunch at Social House at The Shops at Crystals. Joined by his wife of ten years, Alice Cage, the couple took a seat in the lounge just before 12:30 p.m. and indulged in a few of the restaurant’s delectable lunchtime items including Salmon and Teriyaki Bento Boxes and the “Crispy Pata” Pork Shank. While the pair was seen fully engaged in conversation over a bottle of wine, Cage and his wife were eager to try the 5 oz. Australian Kobe Filet, savoring each bite and showing their gratitude towards the servers.

Wrapping up their mid-afternoon meal, the couple was very gracious as they thanked the Social House staff for their intimate experience and made their way out of the restaurant just before 3 p.m.

Maxwell Performs At The Pearl Las Vegas...Ladies Swoon & Celebs Enjoy!

Chris Tucker returned to The Pearl Sunday night, but this time instead of performing, he enjoyed the view from one of The Pearl’s skyboxes as he took in an amazing performance by R&B crooner Maxwell. Floyd Mayweather Jr. took in the show from another skybox.

The sexy ambassador of soul, Maxwell, started the night with a string of hits from 2009’s chart-topping Billboard 200 album BLACKsummers’night including the Billboard Hot 100 topping single “Bad Habits,” the GRAMMY Award-winning (Best Male R&B Vocal Performance) single “Pretty Wings” and fan favorite “Fistful of Tears.” The female audience members swooned as he ran through hits of his illustrious career taking it all the way back to 1996 with “Ascension (Don’t Ever Wonder)”

Entertainment icon Snoop Dogg hosted the second installment of his Snoopadelic Cabaret residency on Sunday night at TAO Nightclub. Kicking off the 1920’s speakeasy-themed affair was a DJ Snoopadelic set from the man of the hour. Clubgoers relished in the exhilarating atmosphere as Snoop dropped club anthems and confetti filled the room. Later, Snoop took center stage to perform a medley of his biggest hits including crowd favorites “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “Gin and Juice,” among others. After closing out the performance, he took over the DJ decks once again to treat the crowd to second DJ Snoopadelic set. Revelers were treated to a surprise performance from rapper Busta Rhymes, who joined Snoop in the booth to hype up the packed crowd even more.

Spotted in the crowd at TAO was Trey Smith, also known as DJ AcE. Smith was seen enjoying the one-of-a-kind atmosphere from his VIP table with friends.

Located near the A/B checkpoint in Terminal 1, the facility will serve as a full-service pharmacy with licensed medical providers on staff as well as an extensive selection of TSA-approved toiletries and sundries. The mastermind behind Panevino’s mixology program is Assistant General Manager Mark Lopez. With more than 25-years of the experience, Lopez infuses creativity with high-quality spirits and all-natural ingredients into each and every recipe, ensuring pure bliss is delivered in every sip.

Already a crowd pleaser is the garden-fresh Caprese Martini, which combines crushed Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and homemade tomato water (a process that muddles and strains fresh Roma tomatoes, sea salt and basil) with Crop certified organic tomato vodka.
