The Scintas Are BACK! Will Be At The D Starting April 5th

Spending the night in Downtown Las Vegas is about to get a whole lot better! Vegas’ First Family of Entertainment, The Scintas, will introduce a brand new take on their beloved original act with “Frankie Scinta,” beginning Saturday, April 5 in the D’s showroom.

The revamped show will dazzle audiences with an expanded schedule as Frankie Scinta takes the stage each week alongside brother Joe Scinta, Peter O’Donnell and Janien Valentine, Saturday – Wednesday, at 8:30 p.m.*

Frankie Scinta spotlights the signature characteristics that have made the show’s eponymous star one of Las Vegas’ most iconic performers – the voice, the music and the laughs – without compromising The Scintas’ undeniable group chemistry, comedic antics and dynamic musical performances that have earned the ensemble a place in audience’s hearts throughout the years. Taking center stage in the new production, Frankie invites guests to an evening of ultimate entertainment at the D as he unveils never-before-seen acts including contemporary songs from the likes of Bruno Mars, Coldplay and more.

Frankie Scinta’s love of music began at an early age. By four years old, the Buffalo, NY native had learned to play the guitar and soon after mastered the piano, banjo, mandolin, drums and bass. A born performer, Frankie’s magnetic personality and charisma have been the glue that has held the “family” together both on and off the stage.

Voted one of the top five shows in Las Vegas, The Scintas made headlines last year with the addition of former PEEPSHOW star Janien Valentine and their new permanent residency at the D. The group has earned a dedicated following in their new home as a result of their passionate performances and “Vintage Vegas” vibe.

Guests may purchase tickets here. General admission tickets are available for $39.95 and fans and first-timers alike are invited to experience Frankie Scinta through several new specialty packages:
·         VIP: $49.95/ticket, includes one alcoholic beverage and preferred seating

·         Platinum VIP: $64.95/ticket, includes two alcoholic beverages and priority seating

·         Dinner & Show Package: For $99/ticket, guests are invited to enjoy a special dinner and show package, which includes a three-course gourmet meal at Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse. Dinner begins with a house salad, followed by a choice of Filet Mignon, Mediterranean Salmon, Lobster Risotto or Roast Chicken and concludes with a signature dessert.

Frankie Scinta joins the longest running dinner-show in Las Vegas, Marriage Can Be Murder and comedy-magic show, LaughterNoon starring Adam London. For more information or to purchase tickets to any of the shows at the D, please visit www.thed.com/entertainment/.

Chasez and Smith beat the crowds and cheered ringside with the historic property’s co-owner and CEO Derek Stevens.

125th Las Vegas Eiffel Tower Celebration Had Red Bull Flyers Jumping Off Tower

The Eiffel Tower Experience at Paris Las Vegas paid tribute to the 125th anniversary of the original Eiffel Tower in Paris, France yesterday with an incredible stunt that astounded passersby on the Las Vegas Strip. The highly-visited Las Vegas attraction kicked off festivities in heart-pumping fashion when two Red Bull base jumpers leaped from the top of the 541-foot tower, landing safely in the Paris Las Vegas front drive next to the replica Arc de Triomphe.

A high-energy block party immediately followed, igniting the evening with carnival-style food, drinks and lively entertainment including stilt walkers, mimes and caricature and balloon artists.

“What better way to celebrate this monumental event than with a monumental party on the Strip,” said Regional President David Hoenemeyer as he toasted to the success of the talented Red Bull team. “These guys really know how to capture attention, and that’s exactly what they did here tonight.”

While the original Eiffel Tower was constructed on March 31, 1889, the half-scale replica at Paris Las Vegas opened in 1999, and has since welcomed more than 10 million visitors. In celebration of the Parisian landmark’s historic milestone, the Eiffel Tower Experience  will host a series of ongoing events throughout the year. The newest addition is “Locks on the Bridge,” Las Vegas’ take on the Parisian tradition that enables couples to declare their love by securing a personalized lock to the iconic bridge next to the Eiffel Tower Experience.

The Eiffel Tower Experience is an exact reproduction of one of Europe’s most famous landmarks, rendered meticulously at half-scale. At 460-feet, an experienced ambassador welcomes guests and points out can’t-miss Las Vegas landmarks and interesting historical facts. The tower is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., weather permitting.
