Casino Resort rolls out the Beverage Butler, an exciting new service offered
for guests checking in to the luxury hotel. The stylish Beverage Butler serves
a selection of refreshing cocktails from a shiny bar cart conveniently located
in the hotel’s lobby. Guests arriving to check in at the front desk are offered
a vodka, rum or whiskey cocktail for $5, but should the guest wait longer than
five minutes to check-in, the cocktail is on the house.

Beverage Butler is the perfect Vegas-style welcome for our guests arriving at
Palms,” said Daniel R. Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Palms Casino Resort. “We
seldom have lines at our front desk and we emphasize this by giving away
complimentary cocktails whenever the wait time exceeds five minutes in length.
Complimentary cocktails for wait times longer than five minutes at check-in are
sure to be a welcomed delight.”
The
Beverage Butler is the most recent addition to the boutique hotel amenities
offered at Palms. Palms also recently unveiled 24-hour checkout, a new option
for travelers to enjoy their room for a full 24 hours from the time of
check-in, available by booking exclusively at Palms.com.
The
Beverage Butler cocktail service is offered at the Palms hotel front desk
check-in line during prime check-in hours, which are: Sunday –Thursday from 4 –
7 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 4 – 8 p.m.
