PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year® Claire Sinclair and the cast of Stratosphere’s original production PIN UP™ will celebrate the show’s one-year anniversary on Thursday, March 13, 2014.

The special one-year anniversary show of PIN UP starts at 10:30 p.m. A pre-show red carpet event is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. in the Stratosphere theater lobby.

“I can’t believe it has already been a year, and I am so proud to be working with such an amazing cast and crew,” said Sinclair, who has dazzled audiences since PIN UP’s March 2, 2013 debut with her charm and world-famous curves.  “You can only celebrate a one-year anniversary once.  What is a party without a few surprises?” A number of updates to the show will be revealed, including more Claire!

Sinclair won worldwide fame on the pages of the iconic PLAYBOY® magazine, first as Miss October in 2010 and later as PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year®.  She was featured on E!’s hit reality television shows The Bunny House and Holly’s World, and was a special guest performer for Crazy Horse Paris in 2010 and 2011. 

“We’re proud of our PIN UP cast and crew. This celebration marks more than just a year of success. It’s the start of an even more entertaining production,” said Matt Mascali, VP of Entertainment.

Sinclair is joined on stage by PIN UP singer Lisa Marie Smith who provides powerhouse vocals, and a swingin’ six-piece band led by acclaimed trumpeter/band leader David Perrico.  An impressive cast of dancers, featuring male dancer Ryan Kelsey, create a fast-paced, high-energy, original show that brings to life the iconic pin up calendar girl with a sexy, modern twist.

Stone, an up and coming comic on the Chicago comedy scene, kept the audience on the edge of their seats with his random off-beat humor on everything including politics, dating, fast food and more. Following, headliner Benvenisti had the crowd bursting with laughter. A favorite of Las Vegas, Benvenisti gave his hilarious interpretation of life, his weight and personal experiences.

Champion Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. Purchases Some Luxury!

World champion boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. purchased two new vehicles from Towbin Motorcars, Nevada’s leader in luxury automotive brands, Friday night. The undefeated fighter, who was being filmed for the Showtime series “All Access” while at the dealership, took home a Ferrari 458 Italia and a Bentley Flying Spur. The Most Interesting Man In The World To Be Grand Marshal At NASCAR!

Jonathan Goldsmith, widely known as The Most Interesting Man in the World, will add to his remarkable list of accomplishments when he serves as grand marshal of the Kobalt 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

“When it comes to NASCAR races, I prefer Las Vegas Motor Speedway,” said Goldsmith of his upcoming appearance where he will arrive in style Sunday with his helicopter pilot in tow.

Veteran stage, film and television Jonathan Goldsmith portrays the debonair Most Interesting Man in the World in the highly popular, award winning TV commercials that debuted in 2006. Goldsmith will be at LVMS on Sunday to give the 43 drivers the command to start their engines prior to the start of the 17th annual Kobalt 400.

 Goldsmith, 75, going on 30, began his acting career in the 60’s appearing in more than 25 feature films, including “Hang ‘Em High,” “Ice Station Zebra” and “The Shootist” with John Wayne. He also has appeared in more than 45 television series, including recurring roles on “Gunsmoke,” “Dynasty” and the original “Dallas.”

 NASCAR Weekend begins on Thursday, March 6 with a free test day for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. The weekend continues Friday, March 7 with Stratosphere Pole Day featuring practices for both the Kobalt 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race and Boyd Gaming 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race as well as qualifying for the Kobalt 400. The Boyd Gaming 300 is set for Saturday, March 8 and the Kobalt 400 will run on Sunday, March 9. Two nights of dirt-track racing will take place at the Dirt Track on March 5 and 6 featuring the World of Outlaws.
