Casino Resort is the first major hotel in the United States to offer a 24-hour
checkout program. Guests can maximize their Las Vegas experience at no extra
cost by booking the 24-hour checkout option on Superior, Premier and Ivory
Suites, by booking at Palms.com.

checkout to our guests. It is a simple concept: For example, if a guest checks
in at 8 p.m. on a Friday, they will be allowed to enjoy the room until 8 p.m.
on their day of departure. We think this is a benefit many of our guests will
appreciate and certainly enjoy,” said Daniel R. Lee, CEO of Palms Casino
Resort.
Experiencing
24-hour checkout is a quick and easy process. While booking directly through
Palms.com, a guest will note their anticipated check-in time on the website
(standard check-in time is at 3 p.m.). Upon arrival, the guest will provide the
hotel with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message. On the day of
departure, the guest will receive a reminder text about the scheduled departure
time (the guest can even check out via text).

checkout allows our guests to make the most of their visit at Palms and enjoy
flexibility with their travel plans, whether that includes enjoying extra time
at the pool or staying late to avoid traffic,” said Christopher Joy, Vice
