Specially-crafted by Executive Chef Rick Giffen, Stratosphere’s Easter specials include exquisite gourmet delicacies at the award-winning, Top of the World restaurant and a delectable array of traditional Easter dishes at the Buffet.

Top of the World
With magnificent 360 degree views of the entire Las Vegas Valley and an excellent Easter menu to match, diners will have a one-of-a-kind dining experience at Top of the World. Easter options include a choice of a smoked salmon and Boursin cheese Belgian waffle served with fresh artisan greens and topped with a lemon-infused maple syrup, available during lunch for $29, braised lamb shank osso buco with decadent butter poached lobster polenta and a side of zesty asparagus for $59 or tender Aspen ridge prime rib topped with tarragon butter and served with a side of delicious peewee potatoes for $59.
Top of the World’s hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Buffet
Stratosphere’s Buffet will be offering guests an enticing array of specialty brunch, meat and seafood selections such as eggs Benedict, honey-baked ham coated in a maple Dijon glaze, tender herb-roasted lamb, pepper-crusted New York strip steak au jus and succulent crab legs. Other festive buffet options include creamy Boursin mashed potatoes, corned-beef hash, roasted parsnips and pears and fresh spring vegetables infused with butter.
Diners can enjoy Stratosphere’s Buffet on Easter Sunday for brunch from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $21.99 for adults and $12.99 for children.
