Fettuccine Gamberi With Pesto Sauce |
TREVI
inside The Forum Shops at Caesars will offer a special prix fixe menu created
by Executive Chef Peter Scaturro to benefit Three Square Food Bank during the
third annual Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week from Monday, June 15 through
Friday, June 26.
Priced
at $40.15 per person, guests will begin the Italian three-course menu with the
option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad. The main entrée
will feature the choice of the fettuccine al pesto con gamberi tossed with
sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce,
or chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with
green beans and linguine in pomarella sauce. For dessert, guests will indulge
in the trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors
such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more.
As a
Silver participant, TREVI will donate $4 of each Restaurant Week menu sold
directly to Three Square.

is located at the heart of The Forum Shops at Caesars next to the ‘Fountain of

Executive Chef Peter Scaturro has designed the menu to have a homemade feel.
The laid-back Landry’s Inc. restaurant and bar is open daily for lunch and
dinner from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until
