Enjoy A Hoppy Easter Egg-Stravaganza Brunch At Sammy's In Green Valley

Brioche French Toast

The new Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar will offer an Easter brunch egg-stravaganza complete with live music from local artist, Savannah Smith, on Sunday, April 20.

The delectable dishes, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will include brioche French toast topped with almonds, filled with Orange Di Stefano Mascarpone and served with whipped butter and maple syrup; bacon and mushroom pizza topped with egg, tomato, red onion and cheddar cheese; and a grilled asparagus omelet or scramble made with Italian prosciutto and smoked salmon and served with roasted fingerling potatoes.

Rise and shine with bar selections including mimosas, made with Brut Champagne and fresh-squeezed orange juice; red or white sangria made with brandy, peach liqueur, lemon, lime and orange; and bloody marys made with Stoli Vodka and Major Peters fully loaded mix. Smith, a jazz musician, is currently performing in “Vegas! The Show” at the Saxe Theater inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
