TENDER
Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will feature specialty menu items
created by Executive Chef K.C. Fazel during the SEMA Show from Tuesday, Nov. 5
through Friday, Nov. 8.
The
Chef’s Market Menu will include Alaskan King Crab fresh from Dutch Harbor
Alaska, prepared steamed or chilled and cleaned from the shell, priced at $35.
The Japanese Wagyu “Kobe” Filet Mignon, priced at $105, includes an 8-ounce A-5
Grade Wagyu Beef filet from Japan. Fazel will also offer a Filet Mignon
Medallion Trio, priced at $75. The platter features a 4-ounce sampling of three
filet mignons including American Kobe Wagyu Beef sourced from Dixon Ranch,
N.D.; Angus Beef, Range-Fed from Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand; and
Corn-Finished Certified Black Angus beef from Omaha, Neb.
To
complement the SEMA selections, Fazel will offer Winter Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes,
made with fresh shaved black truffles served over mashed potatoes infused with
white truffle, priced at $20.

classic décor embodies sophistication and the flavorful menu features main
course entrées like the Certified Black Angus Omaha Beef Filet Mignon, Maine
Sea Scallops and Range-Fed Silver Farms Rib eye. All menu items were crafted by
Executive Chef K.C. Fazel, who has trained under notable chefs including Tom
Colicchio, Bradley Ogden and several other internationally renowned chefs.
Rated as one of Las Vegas’ top steakhouses, the intimate venue is open daily
for dinner from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. with a cocktail and wine lounge open
Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until midnight and Friday and Saturday
