PURE Nightclub Welcomes R&B The Weekend To A Packed House

This Saturday, Nov. 2 PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace was a sight to see as thousands of partygoers flocked to the award-winning hot spot to catch a glimpse of the R&B phenomenon The Weeknd as he made his Las Vegas debut with  a special live performance.

Arriving around 1 a.m. the sultry R&B sensation, also known as Abel Tesfaye, made his way on to the red carpet where he posed for photographers before heading into the sold out nightspot. As he settled into his VIP booth on the main stage, he took in the sights of the packed room as his fans rushed to get closer to the artist. Nearing 1:30 a.m. the highly acclaimed lyricist took center stage as he introduced himself and addressed the crowd. “I go by the name of The Weeknd,” he stated, “I came all the way from Toronto…Las Vegas is winning my heart.” The hot spot soared with excitement as he began his hit “Crew Love.” The Weeknd had his fans on their feet as they sang along. Mentioning that he has done a few tours but has never made it to Vegas, he promised he would make it up to his fans and segued into his popular single “Remember You.”

Thanking his admirers for coming out to see him, he took the time to sign autographs before heading back to his table where he continued his night with his entourage.
