La Cave
Wine and Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate Thanksgiving with a
holiday feast prepared by Executive Chef Billy DeMarco on Thursday, Nov. 28.
Priced
at $59 per person, the restaurant will offer a four-course dinner with optional
wine pairings for an additional $35 per person. The menu will begin with
butternut squash soup made with spiced brandy zabaglione and toasted pumpkin
seeds, paired with Gary Farrell, Chardonnay, 2010. The second-course will
include dried berry salad with candied walnuts, pomegranates, shaved goat
cheese and topped with apple cider vinegar and will go well with Villa
Ponciago, les Hauts du Py, Gamay, 2010. The main course will feature succulent
turkey accompanied with dried fruit cornbread stuffing and sweet potato puree,
paired with Miura, Pinot Noir, 2009. To conclude the meal, the restaurant will
offer the traditional pumpkin pie complemented by Kracher Cuvée, Beerenauslese,
2009.

Morton Group, led by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened La Cave Wine and Food
Hideaway in 2010 as a venue designed for the exploration of wine, complimented
with delectable dishes. La Cave has been recognized as “one of the things Vegas
needs more of” by Haute Living Magazine. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant
serves American cuisine fused with global flavors in small-plate portions
created by Morton Group’s executive chef, William “Billy” DeMarco. La Cave is

a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. La Cave
