Slice
of Vegas inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place has recently expanded their array
of vegan-friendly dishes. Gearing up for World Vegan Month in November, the
eatery has added vegan build-your-own pizza and pasta, including gluten-free
options as well. Making a debut on the dessert side is the delectable Zeppoli,
featuring golden fried pizza dough balls tossed in a mix of cinnamon and sugar,
served with apricot and raspberry dipping sauces. These additions join
favorites like the Meatless Meatball Sub, BBQ Chick’n pizza, and the Vegan Faux
Pie, made with Daiya mozzarella shreds and a hearty roasted mix veggies of
zucchini, squash, red onions, roasted pepper and eggplant.
Slice
of Vegas is open daily from 11 am to 11 pm, opening at 10 am on Sundays while
the By the Slice counter continues service on Friday and Saturday until 2 am.
