Pawn hosts its first benefit for The Shade Tree and Noah's Animal house. Proceeds raised during the week long event
will go to support the group's efforts to help abused women, children and their
pets. The funds are used to provide safe
refuge and assistance to the displaced families.

services promoting stability, dignity, and self-reliance. The Shade Tree is the largest shelter of it's
kind in the state, and is the only 24-hour accessible shelter designed
specifically to meet the needs of women and children in Southern Nevada. With
364 permanent beds, The Shade Tree provides over 100,000 nights of shelter each.
