Chocolate Lounge & Wine Bar inside Sugar Factory American Brasserie at
Paris Las Vegas will continue its popular chocolate and wine series with new
chocolate selections for fall. The hand-crafted menu features an array of
distinctive chocolate and wine varieties from around the world.
The
set of six showcased wines in the Chocolate Lounge and Wine Bar are: Les
Hospices Sancerre, from Loire Valley, France, with a citrus fruit aroma; Filus
Torrontes, from Salta, Argentina, noted by aromas of white peach, mint and
spices; Allure Sparkling White Moscato, from Ceres, Calif., known for a bold
aroma of toasted nuts and tropical fruit; Evone Garnacha, from Vino De La
Tierra Del Bajo, Spain, recognized by a deep ruby color; Ernst Gouws &
Company Pinotage, from Stellenbosch, South Africa, with the bold aromatics of
dark chocolate, stewed fruit, juicy plum and cherry scents; and Rancho Sisquoc,
Pinot Noir, from Santa Barbara County, Calif. recognized by a cranberry,
raspberry spice fragrance.
The
wine is complemented by an assortment of flavorful chocolates handcrafted by
Norman Love Chocolate Confectionaries that are ideal for the cooler weather in
fall. The mouthwatering selections include: El Salvadorian dark chocolate,
Florida orange, raspberry, peaches and cream, New York cheesecake, cinnamon
roll, apple pie a la mode, lemon bar, peanut butter and jelly, spicy dark
chocolate with a hint of cayenne pepper, ginger lime and peanut butter and
banana.
The
Chocolate Lounge and Wine Bar’s new chocolate and wine collection is available
with several tasting options. The medleys range from “A Taste,” featuring one
pour of a guest’s choice of wine with one signature chocolate selection, priced
at $8, to the “Grand Tour,” showcasing all six featured wine pours paired with
any six signature chocolate selections.
The
Chocolate Lounge & Wine Bar delights customers with chocolate desserts,
treats and cocktails that are one-of-a-kind and sinfully irresistible. Each
truffle, macaroon, fudge, brownie, bon-bon and fondue offered in the intimate
