The Chocolate Lounge & Wine Bar inside Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas will continue its popular chocolate and wine series with new chocolate selections for fall. The hand-crafted menu features an array of distinctive chocolate and wine varieties from around the world.

The set of six showcased wines in the Chocolate Lounge and Wine Bar are: Les Hospices Sancerre, from Loire Valley, France, with a citrus fruit aroma; Filus Torrontes, from Salta, Argentina, noted by aromas of white peach, mint and spices; Allure Sparkling White Moscato, from Ceres, Calif., known for a bold aroma of toasted nuts and tropical fruit; Evone Garnacha, from Vino De La Tierra Del Bajo, Spain, recognized by a deep ruby color; Ernst Gouws & Company Pinotage, from Stellenbosch, South Africa, with the bold aromatics of dark chocolate, stewed fruit, juicy plum and cherry scents; and Rancho Sisquoc, Pinot Noir, from Santa Barbara County, Calif. recognized by a cranberry, raspberry spice fragrance.

The wine is complemented by an assortment of flavorful chocolates handcrafted by Norman Love Chocolate Confectionaries that are ideal for the cooler weather in fall. The mouthwatering selections include: El Salvadorian dark chocolate, Florida orange, raspberry, peaches and cream, New York cheesecake, cinnamon roll, apple pie a la mode, lemon bar, peanut butter and jelly, spicy dark chocolate with a hint of cayenne pepper, ginger lime and peanut butter and banana.

The Chocolate Lounge and Wine Bar’s new chocolate and wine collection is available with several tasting options. The medleys range from “A Taste,” featuring one pour of a guest’s choice of wine with one signature chocolate selection, priced at $8, to the “Grand Tour,” showcasing all six featured wine pours paired with any six signature chocolate selections.
