Season
5 “American Idol” winner and Bally’s headliner Taylor Hicks dined with a group
of friends last Weds. night at Martorano’s at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. The
group enjoyed Martorano’s world-famous meatballs and salad, veal scaloppini and
rigatoni Sunday pork gravy. In fact, they were such big fans of the rigatoni
that they asked for a second round. For dessert, they indulged in homemade
waffle with banana fosters.
Hicks
currently performs in The Indigo at Bally’s Las Vegas Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. He is the first “American
Idol” winner or finalist to secure a residency in Las Vegas.
