"Love me Tender" menu available for love-birds at Tender Steak & Seafood!


TENDER Steak & Seafood will offer the ‘Love Me Tender’ menu for couples to celebrate their love this Valentine’s Day at Luxor Hotel and Casino.

The decadent dinner, created by Executive Chef K.C. Fazel and offered exclusively on Wednesday, Feb. 14, will be priced at $65 per person. Lovers will begin their intimate dining experience with Maine Lobster and Sherry Ravioli topped with a creamy lobster alfredo sauce and shaved fennel slaw. Diners also will have the option of pairing a Caesar salad, served with a garlic anchovy dressing, parmesan chips and focaccia croutons, or a Wild Mushroom Soup with their starter.

For the main course, patrons will enjoy a choice of Range-Fed Silver Fern Farms Beef Ribeye with roasted organic mushrooms and fingerling potatoes, Organic Free-Range Half chicken with potato dumplings accompanied by a crimini and marsala wine sauce, or Mediterranean Seafood Cioppino served with fennel scented tomato stew and roasted feta sourdough. Recommended pairings include Napa Valley’s Groth Cabernet Sauvignon with the Ribeye, the Willamette Valley Adelsheim Pinot Noir with the Chicken or the Soave Veneto Pieropan Classico Superiore with the Cioppino.

For a special toast, TENDER will offer the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini. The sweet concoction is made with vanilla vodka, Godiva white chocolate, strawberry puree and chocolate shavings. To top off the romantic evening, lovers will indulge in a sweet delight with the special Valentine’s Day Chocolate Decadent Cake topped with a delicious vanilla bean gelato.

The elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Decorated with leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel. There is a main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings, small parties and more, accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
