The Grand Opening of all’Antico Vinaio Happens Friday!!


Called “the world’s best sandwich shop,” Florence, Italy’s famed all’Antico Vinaio will celebrate its eagerly awaited Las Vegas grand opening with a ribbon cutting, a designation as “all’Antico Vinaio Day,” and a free sandwich for the first 100 people in line. Located  at UnCommons, the vibrant 40-acre campus in Southwest Las Vegas, this will be the first  all’Antico Vinaio in Nevada and the fifth in the world.  

Made with authentic Tuscan ingredients, from pecorino to truffles, signature sandwiches include the La Schiacciata del Boss, made with prosciutto Toscano, pecorino Toscano and truffle cream; and La Summer, made with prosciutto Toscano, mozzarella, tomato and basil. 

 

With its much-anticipated arrival, all’Antico Vinaio will join the hotbed of culinary talent at UnCommons, which is home to The Sundry by TableOne Hospitality, AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop and more.

The Shops at Crystals, located on the Las Vegas Strip, is celebrating Lunar New Year with the Year of the Dragon displays throughout the luxury mall. Guests can admire the larger-than-life display of a golden dragon in the heart of the center.

Positioned on the first level near Prada, guests will be welcomed by a Buddha display that is surrounded by gold coins to symbolize wealth and prosperity. Located directly across from Cartier on the second floor, shoppers can enjoy the hanging tree art installation adorned with red paper lanterns.


In addition to the décor, The Shops at Crystals will host a ceremonial Lion Dance on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. inside the center.

 Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will win over your heart and your tastebuds with its “Sizzle and Sip” Valentine’s Day dinner for two.  Available from Monday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 18, the enticing dinner package starts at $70.95, with chicken and shrimp fajitas, a shareable margarita and dessert, and will be a delicious way to share a meal and the season of love. 

 Couples can share Pancho’s signature Rajitas, made with choice of marinated steak, chicken or shrimp combined to perfection with spices, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers served fresh on a cast iron skillet that is still sizzling as it arrives to the table. The dish is complimented with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream and accompanied with a side of Mexican-style rice and beans as well as warm tortillas. Guests must mention the phrase “Be Mine” to redeem. The final price of the “Sip and Sizzle” dinner package may differ based on protein selections.

 As Las Vegas prepares to host Super Bowl LVIII, the Plaza Hotel & Casino has tickets on sale now to its annual Big Game Viewing Party on Sunday, Feb. 11.

 Held inside its expansive convention space on the third floor, the Plaza’s Big Game viewing party includes a stadium food buffet and buckets of beer. There will be a cash bar for all other cocktails. The game will be broadcast on giant high-definition screens located at every angle in the room. Football fans will also have convenient access to make and cash out sports bets with William Hill’s satellite betting stations. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.

The signature Downtown Summerlin® Lunar New Year parade returns on Friday, Feb. 9, 2024. Festivities start at 5:30 p.m. with the signature parade at 6:00 p.m. complete with fan dancers, stilt walkers, an oversized-dragon and more.
