Called “the world’s best sandwich shop,” Florence, Italy’s famed all’Antico Vinaio will celebrate its eagerly awaited Las Vegas grand opening with a ribbon cutting, a designation as “all’Antico Vinaio Day,” and a free sandwich for the first 100 people in line. Located at UnCommons, the vibrant 40-acre campus in Southwest Las Vegas, this will be the first all’Antico Vinaio in Nevada and the fifth in the world.
Made with authentic Tuscan ingredients, from pecorino to truffles, signature sandwiches include the La Schiacciata del Boss, made with prosciutto Toscano, pecorino Toscano and truffle cream; and La Summer, made with prosciutto Toscano, mozzarella, tomato and basil.
With its much-anticipated arrival, all’Antico Vinaio will join the hotbed of culinary talent at UnCommons, which is home to The Sundry by TableOne Hospitality, AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop and more.
Tommaso “Tommy” Mazzanti and Joe Bastianich from all’Antico Vinaio; and Jim Stuart from UnCommons; will be joined by District A County Commissioner Michael Naft in a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony. Interview opportunities with Mazzanti, Bastianich and Stuart will take place following the welcome remarks, ribbon cutting ceremony and photo opportunity.
