The Party Starts Tomorrow At Rí Rá Las Vegas! Attempt To Break Guinness World Record!

Starting at 1 p.m. on Oct. 1, Rí Rá Las Vegas will host over 16 days of nonstop live music in attempt to break a Guinness World Record for the Longest Concert by Multiple Artists.

For more than 16 days straight there will be nonstop live music with at most a 25-second break between songs and a five-minute break between sets. Guided by Irish musician Dave Browne, the marathon concert will feature a variety of musical styles. Many popular bands and musicians will fly in from Ireland to support the attempt including Liam Reilly of renowned Irish rock band Bagatelle and the founder of the legendary Wolfe Tones, Derek Warfield.

The current world record holder for Longest Concert by Multiple Artists is AJ’s Music Café in Ferndale, Michigan, where a concert that began on March 19, 2011 lasted for 360 hours, ending on April 3, 2011.

VIP Experience Available For Upcoming Life Is Beautiful Music Festival

Life is Beautiful and Wynn Las Vegas nightlife venues are collaborating to expand the VIP experience at the second annual festival. The highly successful lifestyle experience will return to Downtown Las Vegas on Oct. 24-26 with new table and cabana packages to be managed by the award-winning venues.

“Wynn Nightlife is the industry leader in creating one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences,” said Rehan Choudhry, founder of Life is Beautiful. “We are excited to be working with them to bring our fans an enhanced festival VIP program and a series of killer after-parties for Life is Beautiful.”

Consistently setting and raising the standards for exceptional VIP experience, XS, Tryst, Surrender and Encore Beach Club will incorporate aspects that set the venues apart to the celebration of music, food, art and learning. Each table reservation will have dedicated staff from the clubs to provide an elevated experience.

“Our team has hosted the VIP sections of some of the largest music festivals in the United States, and it only made sense to team up with Life is Beautiful this year,” said Jesse Waits, managing partner of XS and Tryst. “We aim to produce the VIP experience that guests of our city have come to expect, and the offerings on site will be held to the same standard as in our own venues.”

“We are going to create an elite escape to take in the sounds and sights of the festival, and will continue that energy at the official after parties each night at Surrender and XS,” said Sean Christie, managing partner of Encore Beach Club and Surrender.

Mickey's Music Festival Coming To The Orleans Arena! 10/3-10/5

Actress Camilla Belle Celebrates 28th B-Day At LV Hotspot!

This past weekend (Friday, Sept. 26) actress Camilla Belle was spotted enjoying a pre-birthday celebration at Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub inside MGM Grand. The soon to be twenty-eight year old fashion darling was joined by a number of close friends and was seen in good spirits, dancing and laughing into the night.

As the evening began, Belle and friends were spotted dining inside Hakkasan Restaurant's main dining room where they came together for the Hollywood actress' pre-birthday meal. Arriving just after 10 p.m., the enthusiastic group indulged in one of Hakkasan’s set menus which included a number of signature dishes including Hakka steamed dim sum platter and Spicy Prawn with Lily Bulb and Almonds. They seemed to fully enjoy their meal and time in the restaurant before making their way into the nightclub.

Raising the celebration to another level, the group was then escorted to their VIP table located on the main stage on the fourth level of the hot spot.  In awe of the energy and sights of the main room, the fashion icon and her guests got comfortable and immediately cranked up the party. Shortly after the group's arrival, a parade of confetti tossing cocktail waitresses surprised the young star with a decadent three-tiered cake adorned with soft blue tones, elegant pearl detailing and a monogram "C" to top it off. Belle, looking adorable in a black A-line cut Shoshanna dress with stunning emerald stone embellishments and black sequence peep-toe pumps, stood stunned by the dazzling cake and posed for a few photos with the remarkable creation.  As the night went on, Belle joined turntable sensation Steve Aoki in the DJ booth where he got on the mic to wish her a happy birthday. Just moments later the beautiful star was surprised by another cake, a Steve Aoki specialty, and as the crowd erupted with excitement Aoki held the cake up high and proceeded to “cake” the birthday girl. Her friends cheered her on as she put her hands in the air fully enjoying the moment. With her favorite DJ banging out popular tunes, Belle and her friends continued the celebration as they were seen dancing the night away in true Vegas fashion.

GEORGIA ON MY MIND: Celebrating the Music of Ray Charles was welcomed by The Venetian Las Vegas with a star-studded event coinciding with the birthday of Ray Charles. The groundbreaking new show features a host of esteemed stars including Emmy award-winner Clint Holmes, 10-time GRAMMY award-winning vocal group TAKE 6, six-time GRAMMY nominee and DownBeat artist of the year Nnenna Freelon, and Stella Gospel Award and GRAMMY award-winning saxophone star Kirk Whalum. The show also features the Las Vegas Mass Choir, under the direction of James R. Smith and Edie Aikels, and features the Las Vegas All-Star Big Band, under the direction of pianist and conductor, David Loeb.

The Las Vegas entertainment community came together to welcome the show to The Venetian Theatre. Friday night, singer Ferras hosted his official after concert party at TAO Nightclub. Ferras, the opening act for Katy Perry’s Prismatic world tour and first artist signed to Perry’s Metamorphosis Music record label, took over a VIP table with a large group of friends. Ferras and friends, including several dancers from the Prismatic tour, toasted to the great night and celebrated late into the night to the sounds of DJ Politik.

Celebs In Vegas Dining Out! Where???

It was a star-studded night at Michael and Jenna Morton's new restaurant CRUSH eat, drink, love crushmgm.com/ inside of MGM Grand Saturday night.

American talent manager Larry Rudolph, who is best known for managing Britney Spears, arrived with showman and comedian, Jeff Beacher and a few friends. The group noshed on signature selections prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco including: Kale Salad, Ricotta Gnocchi and Pizza while sipping on vodka Red Bull cocktails, Coronas and tequila.

Also spotted dining at the restaurant was former Major League Baseball pitcher for the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves, Greg Maddux, and English actor and model, Alex Pettyfer. Before attending the UFC 178 fight, Maddux and his friends enjoyed Kale salad, Ricotta Gnocchi, Pizza and Sliced NY Strip Steak paired with vodka Red Bull cocktails, Coronas and red wine.

Pettyfer and a friend stopped in for food and drinks before heading over to Beacher’s Madhouse. The two enjoyed Pizza, Ricotta Gnocchi, Caesar Salad and Half Roasted Chicken while drinking Jack Daniel’s cocktails and Coronas.
