Country Superstars Tribute Artist Adam D. Tucker aka "Tim McGraw" in DWTSLV!

 The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is proud to support Country Superstars Tribute artist, Adam D. Tucker also known as ‘Tim McGraw’ as he prepares for his performance on the upcoming “Dancing with the Las Vegas Stars” to raise money for charity.

Alongside other notable Las Vegas personalities, Adam will be dancing for a cause. His charity of choice is the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation and so far he has raised over $1,300.

Adam will be performing this Sunday, August 14 at the Palms Casino & Resort, and you can help him in his battle against cancer. McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will honor United States history in two unique ways with a jam-packed weekend of partying. The rowdy Irish pub will honor of one of our nation’s top pop culture classics, Star Trek, Wednesday, August 10 through Sunday, August 14. Saturday, August 13 the restaurant and saloon will drink to those who suffered through the Prohibition with outstanding cocktail specials and prize giveaways.

McFadden’s will transform into the “Starship Enterprise” for a long weekend of Trekkie fun with Quark’s Bar specialty drinks inspired by the one and only STARFLEET. For only $8 party-goers will sip on such cocktails as the Borg Queen and the Mind Meld as well as Warp Core Breach Fishbowls for only $30. Star Trek fans and drinking fans alike will enjoy an open bar from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. at only $20 for ladies and $30 for guys, and all local ladies will only pay a dollar for each of their cocktails all night. Plus, Friday, August 12th the JV All-Stars will take the McFadden’s stage to perform live from 10 p.m. until 1:30 a.m.

Saturday night McFadden’s takes a break from the Trekker fun to tip their fedora to those who endured the Prohibition with a “20s Prohibition Party.” The Original Moonshine Whiskey sponsored evening will feature $4 Moonshine cocktails all night long.  Guests can kick-off the night with a “Happy 2 Hours” from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. for only $15, and continue to drink unlimited cocktails from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. priced at $20 for ladies and $30 for guys. Plus, local ladies will enjoy dollar drinks from 10 p.m. until close. The evening livens up as a live Dixie Land band takes the stage at 9 p.m. for some knee-slapping fun, and partygoers can share cocktails or pose for photos with an Al Capone look-alike and sexy flapper girls. Next month, the world will be dining at Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the first-ever round-the-clock restaurant to be helmed by a  James Beard award-winning chef.  For those familiar with his “American cuisine with a French accent,” they will be pleasantly surprised to know their favorite signature dishes will be offered at the new West Coast location.
