Club Nikki the Official After Party for Brittany Spears!

Club Nikki at Tropicana Las Vegas will celebrate its grand opening by hosting “The Official After Party” for pop superstar Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale Tour on Saturday, June 25, 2011. Britney Spears will serve as host of the evening and help christen Club Nikki as the hottest nightclub in Las Vegas.

Saturday afternoon, June 18, Hugh Hefner’s ‘Runaway Bride’ Crystal Harris ran away to WET REPUBLIC and spent what would have been her wedding day partying under the sun with Heidi Montag. Despite the negative feedback on jetting to Las Vegas, Harris seemed at peace with her decision to call off the wedding and head to Sin City to join the former “Hills” star. 

Arriving 30 minutes apart from each other, both blondes entered the Vegas pool party destination looking better than ever as they separately stunned the crowd. Montag was the first to make an entrance as she arrived wearing a very short silk romper that covered her sexy peach bikini by Mikoh. The blonde bombshell quickly turned heads as she flaunted her svelte figurewhile posing for photos.

When Montag was asked her thoughts on Harris’ current situation, she replied with “You just have to follow your heart.”

Next to descend on WET REPUBLIC for an afternoon of partying, was Hefner’s former fiancé who showed up just after 2:30 p.m. Harris posed for photos on the carpet with her head held high and a smile on her face while timidly showing off her amazing bikini body.

When asked how she was doing since the breakup and why she chose to come to WET REPUBLIC, Harris said, “I’m doing ok.” “I just had to get away, today is the day, and I just had to get away.”

When asked about why she called off the wedding to Hefner, Harris replied, “I wanted to be true to myself and be true to what was best for everybody," she said. “It was a mutual decision between the both of us.”

“I’m giving Hef back the ring … I just want to move forward,” she continued.

After the red carpet, Harris headed to her exclusive bungalow where she laid low for most of the day with Montag and other close friends as they relaxed and lounged by the pool. Harris even poked fun at herself as she whipped out the July issue of Playboy. The cover girl flipped through the magazine to show Montag as she talked about how much she loved the photos used in the spread. 

Later in the afternoon, WET REPUBLIC played Harris’ new debut single ‘Club Queen’ that was just released on Wednesday. When the Playmate heard her song, she immediately jumped off the couch, grabbed Montag and both started dancing by the pool for all eyes to see. For the remainder of the day, the girls kept to themselves as they sat side-by-side and Harris confided in Montag asking for her advice.

Vanilla Ice turns it up in Vegas! Performs at LAX Nightclub!

On Saturday, June18, legendary rapper Vanilla Ice performed at LAX Nightclub in Luxor Hotel and Casino. The rapper-turned-rocker took the stage along side his posse, which includes his DJ and crowd pleasing clown at 1:30 a.m. He kicked-off the night by singing several of his classic hits, including “Ice, Ice, Baby” as the clown drenched the masses with water. He also gave the crowd a preview of his upcoming album by singing his new song “Turn It Up” while passing out shots of Jägermeister. After the performance, Vanilla Ice joined his entourage in their exclusive VIP booth next to the DJ booth and partied into the early hours of the morning.

Recording artist Chingy performed live at Gallery Nightclub (www.GalleryClubLV.com) inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Saturday night. The dynamic performer was dressed to impress wearing jeans, an Affliction T-shirt and a hat as he treated revelers to an exciting performance which included crowd favorites such as “I Like That," “Paperman" and "Balla Baby" before he performed his smash hits "Holidae Inn" and "Right Thurr" which had the club singing and dancing from start to finish.

 After his high-energy performance, Chingy partied with his entourage of twelve at their VIP table where they danced and drank chilled shots of Patron and Ciroc, along with Red Bull cocktails throughout the evening.  

 

Also spotted at the new hot spot was NFL player, Freddie Mitchell, and rocker wives, Sharise Neil and Bobbi Brown, who were filming for their upcoming reality show "Ex-Wives of Rock.”

Jackass Daredevil has fun in Vegas! "Bam Magera!"

“Jackass” daredevil, Bam Margera, was spotted dining at the Strip’s most in-demand eatery, Sugar Factory American Brasserie (www.sugarfactory.com inside Paris Las Vegas Saturday night.  

Margera and his group of six, including girlfriend Nikki B, and pals Mohawk and Louie, came in for dinner around 9 p.m. before heading upstairs to Chateau Nigthclub & Gardens for the rest of the evening. The group had a hearty dinner and dined on fried macaroni and cheese pops, ahi tuna sliders, Angus filets and a delicious chocolate pizza for dessert. Margera especially loved the Sugar Factory signature Grape Crush goblet that he was seen sipping on throughout the dinner. The TV personality spent a few minutes shopping around the retail store where he stocked up on Spree candies, Sour Patch Apples and Runts.

Also spotted at Sugar Factory American Brasserie was Nickelodeon's "South of Nowhere" star, Valery Ortiz, dining with stars of VH1's "Saddle Ranch," David Collins, Nick Frank and Namcee Beingenhimer.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie is an American take on a traditional French brasserie, serving delicious cuisine all day, and all night, along with an oversized retail store and signature Chocolate Lounge. Other Sugar Factory retail stores are located at The Mirage and Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

Vanessa Minnillo celebrated her upcoming nuptials with a weekend in Las Vegas.  The bachelorette party began on Friday at LAVO with dinner and dancing at the hot spot.  After a round of shots and a feast of signature Italian dishes, the bride-to-be and friends took over a VIP table where they danced to the sounds of DJ Politik.  She jumped into the DJ booth, taking the mic and telling the crowd, “I’m about to get married.  I’m about to get a ball and chain…but not yet and tonight’s my bachelorette party!”  She also invited the first person who came to her table and showed an ID proving their birthday was Thursday, Friday or Saturday could come join her table – an offer she made good when a club patron celebrating his birthday approached the table with his girlfriend.  

Surprises were in store when Minnillo was serenaded by a midget impersonating her fiancé Nick Lachey.  The pint-sized performer sang a song from Lachey’s former band 98 Degrees while removing his shirt.  She was a good sport and donned the traditional bachelorette sash and crown while celebrating. 

The party continued on Saturday at Marquee Dayclub as Minnillo and the group commanded a cabana at the roof deck pool party.  Always the gracious hostess, she found a bachelor celebrating his own upcoming wedding and invited the groom and his friends to take a dip in her cabana’s infinity Jacuzzi.    The future Mrs. Lachey was treated to a cake topped with a sugar ring from Gimme Some Sugar as she danced around with her friends and posed for photos, showing off make up from Violet Hour Hair | Nails | Beauty at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Saturday night La La Anthony celebrated her 32nd birthday at TAO hosted by her husband, Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks.  On the red carpet the TV personality shared how much she loves TAO, having celebrated her bachelorette party at the hot spot last year.  The couple and their friends dined at the Asian bistro under the watchful eye of TAO’s famed Buddha before heading up to a VIP table on the dance floor in the nightclub.  Carmelo wasted no time getting on the mic and even had DJ Vice stop the music so the entire club could sing “Happy Birthday” to his wife.  La La danced with her girlfriends on the catwalk and was surprised with a cake while Carmelo kept giving shout outs on the mic to the crowd. 

All My Children’s Brittany Allen also dined at TAO with friends, enjoying Sea Bass, Yellowtail and Halibut. 

At LAVO actor Antonio Sabato Jr enjoyed dinner at the Italian eatery and then hit the nightclub where ladies swooned as he graciously posed for photos with fans.  He danced and loved when DJs Ben Lavee and Skratchy gave him shout outs.  Earlier in the day he soaked in the sun at TAO Beach where DJ Josh Madden was spinning a special set.

Saturday night actor Gerard Butler was spotted at Marquee in the main room with several friends taking in the sounds of Cosmic Gate while Emma Hewitt performed live.  Josh Altman from Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing was also seen in the main room. 

Bravo’s friendliest face and network honcho Andy Cohen enjoyed the night under the stars with friends and colleagues at a VIP cabana on the pool deck.

Matt Leinart, quarterback for the Houston Texans listened to Eric DLux spin in the Boombox room, as did hip hop legend Grandmaster Flash. 

Earlier in the day DJ Serge Devant entertained a crowd at Marquee Dayclub that included Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, who soaked in the rays at Marquee Dayclub with friends and munched on a Kobe Burger, and Vanessa Minnillo who celebrated her bachelorette party in a cabana.

Thursday night Elektra recording artist Bruno Mars and Wondaland Arts Society/Bad Boy/Atlantic recording artist Janelle Monáe  co-headlined at  the Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort, as part of their joint North American tour, “Hooligans in Wondaland”.

The two music sensations performed to a sold-out crowd in the Pearl Concert Theater both delivering unforgettable performances.

“Grenade,” Mars’ second consecutive number one hit single following “Just The Way You Are,” remains a worldwide smash hit, currently number one on Billboard’s “Pop Songs” chart as well as number two on the overall “Hot 100.”

Wednesday night at the Bacardi Rums “Like It Live” Vegas event, Cee Lo Green was the headline act and he got the 3,000 strong crowd jumping and singing along to hits such as Forget You.  He was joined on stage by DJ Irie, turntablist Mix Master Mike, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and NBA Legend, Gary Payton. Cee Lo continued the party at 3am with his entourage and friend, Heavy D, in a private “Bacardi Together” cabana at Marquee at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. To cool-off after his 45 minute set, Cee Lo was seen hanging over the side of a 3-foot pool, fully clothed and drinking Bacardi Dragon Berry.
