Burn a Hole in My Heart Anti-Valentine’s Day Hot Salsa Contest – February 15

Three local chefs compete to see who can create the best tasting, hottest salsa.  Chefs William Rodriquez of Pink Taco and Mike Vargas, a Las Vegas Sous Chef go up against Hussong’s own Chef Noe Alcala.  Judges include Jay McCarthy of Hot Sauce Las Vegas, a lucky customer and a chef judge.

UFC fighters team up with Rockhouse to raise funds for West Los Angeles Fisher House Organization 

UFC fighters will show their support for the West Los Angeles Fisher House Foundation at Rockhouse on Tuesday, February 15. The ultra-dive bar has teamed up with Milifidel to host the event and raise money for the organization. Admission is $10, and 50 percent of the proceeds, along with a portion of bar sales, will go back to the organization. The event is open to the public.

UFC fighters including Junior dos Santos, Gray Maynard and many more, will walk the red carpet.

The West Los Angeles Fisher House provides housing for the family members of veterans while they are undergoing long term care. Built inside the West Los Angeles Health Center campus, located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd Building 512, Los Angeles, CA, The West Los Angeles Fisher House is approximately 19,000 square-feet and is 100 percent handicapped accessible, with 21 deluxe, private bath suites, a common kitchen, laundry, large dining room, ample living room, a family lounge area, elevator, a library and toys for children. Legendary Burlesque Queen Tempest Storm stopped by to visit her friend Claire Sinclair while she was signing at the Bettie Page Clothing Booth at MAGIC Trade Show. Kim Kardashian celebrated Valentine’s Day at Marquee Nightclub inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.  Kardashian’s NBA beau had a game so the star gathered up her girlfriends, including Angela Simmons, Mayte Garcia, Carla DiBello and Joyce Bonelli and brought them to Vegas.  Before heading to the nightclub the group dined at LAVO, feasting on favorites including the Kobe Meatballs and Oreo Zeppole.

Arriving at Marquee through a crush of fans, Kardashian walked the red carpet in a nude Wesley Nault dress and Giuseppe Zanotti stilettos, topping the outfit with a necklace from Jason of Beverly Hills.  Once in the club she sipped Midori  cocktails while commanding a VIP table and dancing to Lady Gaga’s new single “Born This Way”.  Kardashian made her way to the stage where she joined DJ Eric D-Lux in the DJ booth, grabbing the mic and shouting out to the crowd.  “I’m so excited – this is my first time at Marquee.  Thanks for spending Valentine’s Day with me.  We want to have a really crazy fun Valentine’s Day, so let’s party!”

A little after Kim left the club, her younger brother Rob Kardashian arrived with Shaun Phillips of the San Diego Chargers.  The two drank Veuve Clicquot as well as Belvedere cocktails and partied well into the wee hours of the morning.

Enjoying the party by the pool was Twilight star Kellan Lutz, who took over a cabana with a group of male friends before getting up to check out the rest of the club.

Also at the club, was Rohan Marley who was spotted at poolside table, drinking Grey Goose and pineapple cocktails with friends.

Dawn Richard from Diddy's new group "Diddy Dirty Money" commanded a table in Marquee's main room with a group of friends.

The real life couple and co-stars of the hit TV show dined at the Italian eatery, with Rachel tweeting her love for the Kobe Meatball and Sea Bass, before heading upstairs to the nightclub.  Single women registered to become a part of the Millionaire’s Club and had the opportunity to win a consultation with the matchmaking pair.  They got in the DJ booth with Vice, shouting out to the crowd and held court at a VIP table where they enjoyed Grey Goose and Jack Daniels, while taking photos with fans throughout the night.

Also spotted in the club were Julian and Rohan Marley.  The sons of reggae legend Bob Marley sipped Grey Goose and pineapple cocktails and took pictures with fans.
