Burn a Hole in My Heart Anti-Valentine’s Day Hot Salsa Contest – February 15

Three local chefs compete to see who can create the best tasting, hottest salsa.  Chefs William Rodriquez of Pink Taco and Mike Vargas, a Las Vegas Sous Chef go up against Hussong’s own Chef Noe Alcala.  Judges include Jay McCarthy of Hot Sauce Las Vegas, a lucky customer and a chef judge.
