What Celebrities were doing at The Bunny Hunt!

Palms Pool & Bungalows at Palms Casino Resort hosted the 3rd Annual Ditch Bunny Hunt this afternoon and lured in the masses, including some well known celebrity names. R&B artist, Maxwell enjoyed the scene from the privacy of a cabana and was joined by a friend.
Across the way in another cabana, MMA artist Michael Bisping hung out with two others. Dressed in white board shots and t-shirt, Bisping was seen drinking water and diet coke and eating a chop salad. Others seen partying poolside were Sean May of the Charlotte Bobcats, accompanied by 10 and ESPN journalist Steve Levy, who was seen drinking Miller Lite.
Wonder which Bunny they voted for??

First Friday...Lola Belle Reports! (from Dino's)

Hello Paw Pals!
Feeling culturally alone in the desert? No need to bark and howl at the moon any more! Just go on down to First Friday. This event has been going on since before I was even a sparkle in my Dad's eye:)
Since 2002 this event has grown from a small event to a huge block party!! Time to get Social and let your fur down..BOL (barking out loud!) But seriously they just had a fund raiser at Dino's on Wednesday and yours truly was out in pawsome "paws to the ground" reporting mode.
Enjoy taking a look at some of the pictures of the silent auction items. Alas I could not stay, was off to do my radio interview (http://usualsuspectsradio.com/) BUT keep in mind that First Friday will take place on July 3rd in all of it's hair raising, fun filled glory!!
XOXO

TREND ALERT!!

Seems like a trend has developed at Society Café at Encore – celebrities love it so much that they keep coming back for more. First Ozzy and Sharon a couple weeks ago and now: Then yesterday, NBA Player Nick Collinson (Oklahoma City Thunder) went to Society Café for the second day in a row and this time brought along fellow NBA Player Steve Novak (LA Clippers). Collinson had the tomato bisque as an app and the Tagliatelle as an entrée and Novak had the wings as an app and the Trenne as an entrée. Also for the second day in a row is Andrew Bynum of the LA Lakers who brought four guests with him. Bynum had chicken fingers as an app and a Filet medium well with fries for his entrée.
Totally Trendy!!

Okay "Prey" on this!!

PREY
Sometimes a movie has bad acting. Sometimes a movie has an incomprehensible script. Sometimes a movie has bad acting. Prey has all three. Yet, Prey is one of the most fun movies you will see this year. If I could tell you what Prey was about I would. I can only try. Seems at some point in the 80’s a family had a run in with a witch/demon/ tacky jewelry salesman in The Australian Outback (no, not the tasty restaurant chain, which might have made for a better plot point.). A little girl runs and loses her doll. Years later a bunch of Douches, sexually confused hot chicks and the best Gay sidekick character in a long time, go off for a trip to the Outback (no, not the tasty restaurant chain). Why? I don’t know and you won’t care. To be short and to the point, one by one they start getting killed and turn into the worst Zombies you have ever seen in a movie. Why is this movie one of my new faves? Because at no point does it hide it’s cheesiness. At no point does it even pretend to make sense or even provide you with any scares whatsoever. What Prey does is take you back to the days when for $100 and some tacos, you could go into the desert and make your own Plan 9 From Outer Space (oh yeah, it’s that bad/good). Listen, dust off your bong, and beg your local cinema for a midnite screening of Prey. If nothing else for (spoiler alert) the crazy funny ending and the makeout scene between the hot Chinese chick and the pregnant Blonde! I ASK OF ONLY ONE THING OF THE MOVIE Gods please; let there be a Prey II!
