Corduroy, the bar that rocks the socks off of Fremont East, turns two! Downtown Las Vegas’ favorite rock n’ roll watering hole will host a boozy birthday blowout bigger than any backstage rager featuring drink specials, prize giveaways and a balls-ier version of your grandma’s favorite pastime.
On Thursday, August 22nd following an invitation-only hosted open bar from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., doors open to the public and at 8:30 p.m, revelers can grab life by the balls with a special birthday edition of Corduroy’s infamous ‘Boozy Bingo’! Like a fine whiskey, Corduroy’s shenanigans only get better with age. Guests can enjoy complimentary rounds of bingo filled with raucous surprises, rewards and plenty of booze. The winners of each round will receive generous bar prizes, including up to $100 in Corduroy bar bucks and gift certificates – but don’t yell “BINGO” too early, or you’ll “suffer” the consequences.
Additional prizes will be awarded throughout the evening as partygoers will have the chance to win a free night’s stay in Gold Spike’s Real World Suite, take home autographed Vegas Golden Knights swag or rock out when they walk out with an autographed Tito’s guitar. On top of prizes, specialty ping pong balls pulled during ‘Boozy Bingo’ will designate rounds that include infamous habanero pickleback shots, mini-competitions and Moscow Mules on tap. Additional rules and prizes will be under the scrutiny of Corduroy’s resident ball-caller Arturo Cecena.
