The Palazzo Las Vegas is getting in the spirit of the fall harvest season with Haute Cuisine, Hosted by The Master Chefs of France, on Friday Oct. 5 from 7 – 9:30 p.m. at The Aquatic Club. The poolside affair will feature celebrated wines and food pairings under the stars from the Master Chefs of France.
For the second year in a row, this year’s event will be environmentally friendly with healthy and sustainable food from seafood, meat and vegetarian selections. Wine, beer, and spirits will be organic, biodynamic and sustainable. The evening’s beautiful décor will feature reusable potted plants and flowers, plus art made out of wine corks.
“Haute Cuisine is the must-attend fall culinary event, “said Philippa Fryman, vice president of food and beverage for The Venetian and The Palazzo. “Anyone who enjoys fine wine and gourmet cuisine created by the esteemed Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, definitely needs to be here”.
Maître Cuisinier de France, as the Master Chefs are referred to in French, is one of the most envied titles chefs can aspire to receive. The organization’s motto is “to preserve and spread the French culinary arts, encourage training in cuisine, and assist professional development.” Maîtres Cuisiniers de France are often given the highest classification in restaurant guides, and are regularly mentioned in the world’s leading food and travel magazines.

Bruno Lopez – Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage, California
Frederic Perrier – Aura Brasserie, Texas Sugarland
Michel Personnaz – The Jupiter island Club, Florida
Pascal Petiteau – Bistro Vendome, New York, NY
Jacques Sorci – Hakkasan World, Las Vegas
“Haute Cuisine” is a collaboration of The Venetian Las Vegas with Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in partnership with Sands ECO360, the resort’s sustainability program. The resort has hosted several special events with the group, including its 59th General Assembly in 2014, the first time the annual event was held in the United States. This is the 6th year The Palazzo has partnered with the Master Chefs of France for an annual fall food and wine celebration.
The evening will also feature live music by Habana Sun as guests enjoy delicious food and wine under the stars.
Tickets are $75 per person or two for $135 per couple, plus applicable fees. For an additional $35, guests can receive a copy of the Master Chefs of France cookbook featuring recipes from each of the participating chefs. Tickets are on sale Aug. 14, 2018 at venetian.com or at any box office at The Venetian or The Palazzo. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend Haute Cuisine.
