The ladies of FANTASY invite singles and couples alike to indulge this Valentine’s Day with romantic dinner and show packages at Tacos & Tequila (T&T), Rice & Company and TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino, available throughout the month of February.
Guests may choose among various packages for the ultimate Valentine’s Date Night filled with romance featuring hand-picked prix-fixe menus, tickets to FANTASY and a seductive 2017 FANTASY “Natural Beauties of Las Vegas” calendar.
Tacos & Tequila will serve up “el amor” with its dinner and show package, priced at $70 per person. The menu will begin with a choice of a Chicken Quesadilla, Beef Flautas or a Caesar Salad followed by the entrée course which will offer guests the choice between Chicken Fajitas with marinated grilled chicken, peppers and onions; Pork Carnitas with slow-roasted pork, habanero sauce, pickled onions and guacamole; Combo Enchiladas featuring cheese, pulled chicken and Baracoa beef or the Combination Taco Platter with steak, chicken and carnitas tacos. All entrées are served with a side of Mexican black beans and rice. The meal will conclude with the choice of a special sweet treat, Tres Leches, Chocolate Quesadilla or Morenita Chocolate Brownie.
Rice & Company will give diners the chance to treat themselves with a delectable three-course dinner and show package, priced at $85. The romantic evening will begin with a choice of Miso Soup with tofu, wakame and scallions or mouthwatering Egg Drop Soup with vegetables and scallions. For the main entrée, guests may choose between flavorful Garlic Shrimp with Vegetables; sizzling Mongolian Wok Beef or traditional Chicken and Broccoli. All entrées are served family style with brown or white rice. Dessert will present a Green Tea Ice Cream paired with an almond tuile.
TENDER Steak & Seafood’s three-course dinner and show package is priced at $90 per person. The first course will offer an amuse-bouche featuring beef and bacon rillettes, pickled mustard seeds and parmesan lavash chips. For the second course, guests are given the option of Garden Mesclun Greens Salad with baby lettuces, Persian cucumber, oven-dried tomatoes, shaved fennel and radish, topped with black currant balsamic vinaigrette and Wild Mushroom Soup featuring creamed wild mushrooms and micro herbs. Entrée selections include: 10-ounce Natural Angus Beef Ribeye Steak, served with seasonal vegetables and potato wedges, roasted pearl onions and Wagyu beef butter; Organic Jidori Half Chicken and Shrimp featuring whiskey-braised chicken with seared Cajun shrimp, Tasso ham and Creole sauce on organic corn grits or Skuna Bay Salmon, pan-roasted salmon with sautéed kale and cabbage, heirloom cherry tomatoes and truffle caviar in miso ginger broth. The romantic dinner concludes with a Dessert Tasting Trio, comprised of crème brûlée, cheesecake and chocolate cake. All dinners will include artisan breads with pumpkin seed pesto in extra virgin olive oil with Hawaiian Red Sea Salt.
