“Pretty Little Liars” star Sasha Pieterse celebrated her 21st birthday Friday night at Marquee Nightclub in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The actress and her friends partied the night away at their dancefloor table as DJ Ruckus headlined the night. In honor of the birthday girl, Marquee staff surprised her with a celebratory presentation complete with a “Pretty Little Liars” themed cake.
