Football Season Is Here! Try The "Tailgate Brunch & Barbecue” At Beer Park

Just in time for football season, BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas has launched its new “Tailgate Brunch & Barbecue” menu available all day on weekends.

Starting at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, the new brunch selections include a pastrami burrito, a 12-inch flour tortilla stuffed with house-cooked pastrami, potatoes, sauerkraut and Russian dressing, priced at $13.95; a sausage and egg muffin, hash browns, eggs and a sausage patty topped with spicy mayo and served in a toasted English muffin, priced at $9.95; the super burrito, a 12-inch flour tortilla filled with eggs, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, potatoes and chorizo, for $11.95; and brisket hash, a beechwood smoked brisket scrambled up with potatoes, peppers, onions and two fried eggs served with a side of toast, priced at $13.95.

BEER PARK elevates traditional barbecue offerings with a one-of-a-kind smoking process, which integrates beechwood slats used in Budweiser’s famed aging process. Selections include a half rack of baby back ribs, dry rubbed and slow-smoked with an apricot glaze, priced at $19.95; a classic pulled pork sandwich, served with pit baked beans and the kick of jalapeño coleslaw, for $14.95; and chicken drumsticks, priced at $9.95, brined in Budweiser, topped with hot sauce and served with blue cheese dressing and celery leaf coleslaw.

Because no brunch would be complete without cocktails, BEER PARK’s new brunch menu includes three day-drinking libations. They include a classic bloody mary, made with Skyy vodka and BEER PARK’s house bloody mary mix, garnished with maple bacon, olives, celery and lemon and lime wedges; the cider mimosa, made with Stella Cidre and orange juice; and f the BEER PARK mimosa, made with sparkling wine and a choice of pineapple, cranberry or orange juice. Each cocktail will be priced at $44 for a pitcher and $12 individually.

Football games will be shown on dozens of high-definition TVs with games visible from every seat in the venue. BEER PARK will also introduce an on-site sportsbook just in time for the 2016 season, becoming one of just a few places in Las Vegas to offer sports betting outside of sports books.
