Book Drive For "Spread The Word Nevada" Now Taking Place At Kidville

Just in time for back to school, Tivoli Village retailer, Kidville to host month-long book drive to benefit Spread the Word Nevada. Throughout the month of September, all of Las Vegas is encouraged to stop by the children's centered boutique to drop off new or gently used books and in return, new members will receive 50 percent off the first month of membership with a 3-month commitment.

Spread the Word Nevada is a children's lit­er­acy non­profit, dedicated to advancing early childhood literacy by placing books into the hands and homes of children within Southern Nevada's at risk, low income communities. While developing a love of reading, these libraries promote future academic achievement and self-confidence, which impacts life­long success. Since 2001, Spread the Word Nevada has distributed more than 3.3 million gen­tly used and new books to more than 420,000 low-income youth in Southern Nevada.

Kidville offers a variety of programs geared and designed especially for kid's such as award-winning gym and enrichments classes that range from music-based programs such as Rockin' Rail Road or science inspired classes such as Mess Lab, birthday parties, indoor playspace, salon and toy and clothing boutique featuring select brands such as Melissa and Doug, mini Melissa shoes, Kardashian Kids, Biz Kids, and more.
