Celeb Sightings In Vegas! NBA Star Dines Out...Where?
NBA star Rasheed Wallace was seen celebrating his nephew’s 21st birthday Wednesday afternoon at Carmine’s in The Forum Shops at Caesars. Joined by family, the group sat at the bar and enjoyed happy hour bites and cocktails. Carmine’s staff presented the birthday boy with a gigantic Titanic sundae.
