Happy hour just got happier! Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, has introduced a new happy hour, featuring weekday, weekend, Ladies’ Night and Taco Tuesday specials, all available exclusively in the restaurant’s festive cantina.

Pancho’s weekday happy hour, offered Monday through Friday from 2 to 7 p.m., includes half-priced select appetizers and drink specials, including: $1.25 off draft beer, $2.25  off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3.20 off house wines. Featured appetizers include the Botanas Especiales, a combination platter loaded with cheesy flour quesadillas, crispy chicken drumsticks, beef taquitos and chicken flautas, served with sour cream and guacamole, priced at $8.50 during happy hour; Pancho’s Nachos, fresh tortilla chips layered with beans, melted cheeses, tomatoes, jalapeños and chives, topped with sour cream and guacamole, priced at $7 during happy hour; and the quesadilla, a flour tortilla filled and folded with an array of cheeses, grilled and cut into squares and served with sour cream and guacamole, priced at $6 during happy hour.

Available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays, weekend happy hour specials include all drink specials of the weekday happy hour with the addition of a Sunday night tequila special, featuring 50 percent off all tequila pours from 3 p.m. to close throughout the restaurant.

Ladies can enjoy $5 house margaritas every Monday from 4 p.m. until close for Ladies’ Night in the restaurant’s cantina. Taco Tuesday, offered in the cantina from 5 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday, features $2.50 tacos, made with a choice of shredded chicken, ground beef or shredded beef and topped with pico de gallo, lettuce and shredded cheese.

The fun, festive restaurant transports guests to a Mexican hacienda and vibrant bar, serving an array of handmade margaritas, more than 40 tequilas, and live entertainment seven nights per week. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 10 a.m. on Sundays.
