db Brasserie Offers Pre-Bash Brunch & Dinner Menus! GREAT Options & Pricing

db Brasserie, located in The Venetian Las Vegas, wants revelers to take their game to the next level with the Pre-Bash Brunch and Dinner event menus set to complement any Vegas party. These special menus are available now through Labor Day weekend, featuring the best of French brunch favorites, as well as, a dinner menu inspired by the City of Light.

The Pre-Bash Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Pre-Bash Dinner is available from Thursday to Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. both options are available in the Main Dining Room. The Pre-Bash Brunch is $19 per person and dinner is $36 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

For the Table – Seasonal Fresh Fruit & Pastry Basket

Entrée (choice of) –
Eggs Benedict – toasted english muffin, supergreen spinach, tomato, hollandaise; choice of bacon, short rib, or smoked salmon

Omelette – parmesan and spinach omelette, crispy potatoes, mesclun salad, choice of sausage, Canadian bacon, or smoked salmon

Brioche French Toast – seasonal fruit, sorbet, chantilly

The Pre-Bash Dinner Menu - $36 per person:
$20 per person Bottomless Domestic Draft Beer, House White and Red Wine

Appetizer (Choice of) –
db’s Caesar Salad – tomato confit, pesto, rosemary croutons, shaved crudités

Iceberg and Bleu Cheese Salad – tomatoes, walnuts, herbs, bacon bits

Main Course (choice of) –
Roasted Chicken Breast – seasonal mushrooms, shallots, cherry tomatoes

Seared Salmon – roasted beets, pickled mustard seeds, horseradish cream

Grilled Flat Iron Steak – baby gem lettuce, sauce au poivre

Dessert (for the table) – Warm Lemon Madeleines

“Family Style” Sides (Additional $5 per side) – glazed carrots, supergreen spinach, brussels sprouts, roasted asparagus, potato purée, french fries, potato lyonnaise
