Saturday night at Beauty & Essex in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Perez Hilton was spotted having dinner at the recently opened restaurant. He enjoyed a selection of signature items and even tweeted, “I just had the best macaroni and cheese in years @Beauty_EssexLV!! The recipe is magical!!!”
Also having dinner at separate tables at Beauty & Essex was comedian Pauly Shore and “Jersey Shore” star Vinny Guadagnino.
