Burger Lounge, an eco-conscious burger chain from Southern California, will open its first Las Vegas location at ARIA this Sunday, May 15. Adding an elevated, fast-casual concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio, the menu selections will offer non-GMO and sustainable ingredients including grass-fed beef, organic cheeses and house-made dressings. Vegetable-forward dishes including fresh salads and the popular Organic Quinoa Veggie Burger will make Burger Lounge the go-to spot for carnivores and vegetarians alike.
