Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace will be hosting an intimate tasting with one of the world’s finest tequila brands, Casa Noble from 4-6 p.m. The event is open to the public, and Casa Noble founder and Maestro Tequilero, Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo will be present to share his many years of expertise.

Cinco De Mayo
· El Burro Borracho, Guy Fieri’s Mexican-inspired restaurant at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo all weekend long. On Thursday evening, restaurant guests will be treated to live entertainment while enjoying the famed chef’s take on tacos, burritos, nachos and more. VENUS European Pool Lounge at Caesars Palace makes its season debut, showcasing all-new cabanas and drink menu, making it a luxe space fit for gods and goddesses. The grand opening celebration will include live entertainment and for those guests really looking to take advantage of the tropical escape, sip on one of VENUS’s signature cocktails served in a coconut or pineapple. VENUS is 21 and over, and is free for ladies and $30 for men.
Friday, May 6
· Cool off and splash around at The Pool at The LINQ as it debuts O’Sheas Takeover Fridays. Everyone’s favorite Irish-themed pub is set to invade The LINQ Hotel & Casino’s water oasis on a weekly basis, bringing with it drink specials, beer pong, and of course, Brian “Lucky” Thomas. The Pool at The LINQ is open to guests 21 years-old and over. Other weekly programming making its debut are:
o Tropical Saturdays bring guests island vibes while enjoying Tropical House tracks.

· The Flamingo GO Pool is the place to be on Saturday, May 7, as the party pool officially kicks off the season with a special DJ set and performance by Sky Blu, formerly of LMFAO. Sky Blu is sure to “Party Rock” it up and make the crowd want to take some “Shots.”
Kentucky Derby
Caesars Palace’s newest cocktail destination, Montecristo Cigar Bar, is the place to be to catch all the Kentucky Derby weekend action. Montecristo will be celebrating both Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7. Guests are encouraged to secure a premier spot, and with VIP registration, will receive complimentary Miller Lite and Coors Light, as well as Woodford Reserve and Woodford Reserve Mint Julips, Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label Brut Champagne, Sonoma- Cutrer Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, well brand cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and light appetizers. Break out your hats, fascinators and seersucker suits as guests are encouraged to dress in their Derby best to partake in the "The Greatest Two Minutes in Sports" fun.
