The Juice Standard has opened the doors of its third outpost, located  at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas near the resort’s iconic bar and lounge, The Chandelier. Joining The Cosmopolitan’s culinary roster alongside some of the country’s most celebrated chefs, restaurateurs, and food and beverage concepts, The Juice Standard’s newest location offers its signature menu of juice blends and nut milks.

To celebrate the new address, The Juice Standard team developed an exclusive new juice inspired by the innovative luxury resort. “Bee Cosmopolitan” is a sweet and refreshing blend of lemon, agave, beets and Bentonite clay that is flavorful, healthy and may act as a hangover preventative for some people. Bee Cosmopolitan ($12) is effective when consumed before or after a night out and before going to sleep because of the Bentonite clay, which attracts and absorbs harmful toxins in the body. Toxins from a night of indulgent food and drink may then be absorbed by the clay in Bee Cosmopolitan in hopes of a more pleasant morning after.

Pressed fresh daily, the new location features The Juice Standard’s most popular juices, including Bee WHealthy™, a mix of cucumber, celery, romaine, kale, apple, dandelion, parsley, lemon, ginger and turmeric ($12); Bee Happy, a twist on chocolate milk including coconut water, raw cashews, raw Brazil nuts, raw walnuts, raw local honey, raw cacao, vanilla bean and pink Himalayan salt ($14); and Bee Grateful, made with carrot, pineapple, apple, lemon and ginger ($12).

The Juice Standard’s juices are made from a cold-pressing process that applies 1,500 pounds of pressure to raw, 100-percent organic produce. Shunning more typical juicing methods and machines such as high pressure processing (HPP) or other forms of pasteurization that render enzymes less potent, The Juice Standard’s cold-pressing technique preserves as many enzymes as possible, allowing for a more nutrient-dense juice.

The Juice Standard has also expanded beyond its core offerings of raw, unpasteurized, cold-pressed juices and juice cleanses—all bottled without high pressure processing (HPP)—to introduce a “chewables” menu of organic salads, wraps, noshes, and sundry fare. The Juice Standard’s two neighborhood outposts are open Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.—7 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m.— 4 p.m. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas location will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily.
