On Thursday afternoon (March 10, 2016), Minus5 Ice Bar, the coolest bar in Sin City, continued its celebrity cocktail program, this time honoring Broadway's smash comedy about the sexes, the one-man comedy show, Defending the Caveman at The D Las Vegas with his own Neanderthal-inspired signature cocktail.
Appropriately titled, Caveman Crush features the perfect blend of whiskey, butterscotch schnapps, topped with hard cider, and served in a glass made of pure ice - perfect for an early celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Defending the Caveman star, Kevin Burke took a break from the longest-running Broadway show in Las Vegas history and spent the afternoon cooling off in the 1,200 square feet and 80 tons of ice that Minus5 has to offer.
