What is SWEAR?
Southwest Exotic Avian Rescue is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization serving the Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding communities. They are completely supported by generous donations and the hard work of volunteers. Their focus is to provide safe, caring foster and permanent adoption placement to parrots in need of rehoming. They are all about the birds and their welfare! To that end, they provide each bird that comes into SWEAR with:
Medical evaluation and health screenings, nutritional and general evaluation to ensure their needs are met to the best of our human abilities, make sure they are in healthy surroundings (physically, emotionally, and mentally), and potential fosters and adopters are screened to make sure the birds are matched with homes according to their personalities and needs.
Come down and meet the birds of SWEAR! ALSO bird parents do you need to have your bird groomed?
There will be WINGS, NAILS, BEAKS & BATHS grooming services available! All the money goes to the rescue. Each grooming session will take approximately 15 minutes.
Small Birds (Conures etc..) $5 each
Medium Birds (Greys, Goffins. smaller Amazons) $10 each
Large Birds (Cockatoos, Macaws, large Amazons) $15
