Guests will enjoy a special menu with appetizer selections to include duet of beef, carpaccio style and tartar style, baked spinach & crab gratin, jumbo shrimp & colossal crab cocktail and an oyster trilogy featuring one dozen assorted East Coast, Canadian & Pacific Coast oysters. Soups will include lobster bisque and French onion, while salads encompass crab & beet, Caesar, steakhouse and heirloom tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella.
For the main course, guests can choose entrées such as petite tenderloin & Maine lobster with chanterelle mushrooms and madeira sauce, kurobuta pork chop with glazed apple compote and Brussels sprouts, Chilean sea bass with purple & white asparagus ragout and a 10-ounce, oven-roasted Australian lobster tail.
In addition to popular favorites like Anthony’s signature milk chocolate soufflé, peanut butter pie, chocolate banana tower and vanilla crème brûlée, guests may also enjoy the Valentine’s special dessert featuring an orange-milk chocolate mousse shooter and a chocolate-baileys cream cake with roasted pistachios and salted caramel ganache. Items are priced a la carte and served from 5 to 10 p.m.
Jayde Fuzion
On Valentine’s Day guests may enjoy a selection of a la carte items to accompany Jayde Fuzion’s signature all you-can-eat menus. In addition to all-you-can-eat sushi, nigiri and Asian specialties, featured dishes include crispy skin Tai snapper in tamarind brown butter, garlic-black pepper lobster with lemongrass fried rice and tamari-ginger vinaigrette, wok-seared black bean-ginger king crab legs and five spiced filet medallion with seared foie gras, grilled pineapple, charred shishito pepper, cherry tomatoes and bamboo rice. The a la carte items must accompany one of the all-you-can-eat menus, which will be served from 5 to 10 p.m.
Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews
The delicious three-course prix-fixe menu will begin with a shrimp cocktail featuring chilled gulf prawns followed by a mushroom-crusted beef tenderloin with roasted root vegetables and potato gratin and for dessert, a raspberry chocolate bar & orange-caramel toffee mousse featuring flourless chocolate cake with dark ganache, raspberry gelée, dark chocolate mousse and orange-caramel toffee with milk chocolate mousse. The menu is priced at $29.95 per person and served from 4 to 10 p.m.
