Sushi Roku at The Forum Shops at Caesars rings in 2016 in style with indulgent Omakase ($170*) and à la carte menu offerings for New Year’s Eve (Thursday, December 31, 2015).
There will be three available reservation times during the evening: 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 11:15pm. The 9:30pm seating will enjoy an exclusive party favor and the 11:15pm seating will cheers with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
While overlooking The Strip, guests partaking in the special Omakase menu (full menu below) will enjoy celebratory dishes from Chef Haru Takeshita such as:
§ King Crab with Champagne Butter and Truffle
§ Toro Tartare with Caviar
§ Japanese Wagyu Steak with Marsala Truffle Sauce
§ Lobster Tail with Miso Butter
§ Premium Sushi Course – Toro, Amberjack, Hirame, Masu, Sweet Shrimp
Sushi Roku will present an abbreviated version of the regular dinner menu, including signature dishes such as Yellowtail Diced Chilies, Salmon Carpaccio, and Beef Rib Eye-Wrapped Asparagus, alongside traditional sushi and sashimi selections.
