Throughout the month of November, GIADA at The Cromwell will offer one of its new signature cocktails, The Serpico for $14. One of the more masculine cocktails on the GIADA cocktail menu, The Serpico is a perfect fit for the upcoming cooler months of the year. Aged bourbon from Knob Creek adds subtle hints of cherry and dried fruit to the background of vanilla on the nose. The unique marriage of Pedro Ximenz Sherry and Carpano Antica Vermouth adds layers of smoky raisinated fig, roasted nuts and exotic spice.

| The Smoking Manhattan |
As the weather turns colder, guests can head to the recently revamped Le Central at Paris Las Vegas. The Smoking Manhattan, made of Woodford Reserve infused bourbon, sweet vermouth and real smoke, adds a new spin to a classic. The smoke from a state-of-the-art smoke gun creates a bold, rich flavor, elevating it from the traditional Manhattan. Guests can experience the Smoking Manhattan for $12 throughout December.
Future Cocktails of the Month will include creations from, Lobby Bar at Caesars Palace, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel & Casino and Signature Bar at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
