“Las Vegas is a contemporary phenomenon, one of the world’s great cities,” said founder Michael Chow. “Las Vegas and MR CHOW have always been a natural fit and we’ve been flirting with Las Vegas for decades. With Caesars Palace, another classic and iconic name, we have finally found a home.”
A favorite among celebrities and influencers, MR CHOW has six other locations—the original in London which opened in 1968, two in New York, Beverly Hills, Miami and Malibu. Each restaurant features its own unique keen sense of style and design. The Caesars Palace location will feature modern and classic décor highlighted with interesting and one-of-a-kind elements. The new restaurant will feature a suspended centerpiece kinetic sculpture, unlike anything currently in Las Vegas.
Led by Beijing Duck, the crown jewel of China, the menu creates a balanced and harmonious experience. Dishes are served family-style, built on the idea that all guests are to share in the MR CHOW experience in food and ambiance. Additional signature dishes include Chicken Satay, Green Prawns and hand-pulled MR CHOW Noodles.
Not only will the menu feature signature MR CHOW dishes, but also a selection of premium champagne and specialty cocktails made with fresh ingredients. The infamous MR CHOW champagne trolley is one of the many shows put on during guests’ dining experience. The Caesars Palace location will have a unique champagne arrival experience at the entrance that will ensure each guest is bubbling with excitement from that very first moment.
MR CHOW guests will enter through a set of private elevators, located on the casino floor level of Caesars Palace. The restaurant will be located on the second story overlooking the breathtaking Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. MR CHOW will seat more than 250, including picturesque terrace seating and two private dining spaces.
MR CHOW will be the newest addition to Caesars Palace’s already impressive culinary collection. From starting the celebrity chef trend with Wolfgang Puck in 1992, to housing the sole U.S. restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy, Caesars Palace has been trailblazing the Las Vegas culinary scene for decades. With world-renowned talents, in 2004 Bobby Flay opened Mesa Grill; 2012 brought Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill; the largest Nobu Restaurant & Lounge opened in 2013; Brian Malarkey’s Searsucker in March 2015; and more, Caesars Palace’s culinary empire continues to grow.

They were so accommodating and I was truly impressed. It is such a comfortable environment. For a buffet, it was delicious food. Alcoholic beverages at event venue were also great. Overall, this place is great, and my favorite venue in the city.
