Advance purchase general admission tickets are on sale now through Sunday Sept. 13 at Via Brasil Steakhouse for $10 and guarantee a no-wait entry on the day of the festival. General admission tickets purchased the week of Sept. 13 will be available for $12. Each festival attendee will receive a $20 gift card toward dinner at Via Brasil. Limited VIP preferred seating tickets are available upon request at Via Brasil Steakhouse; VIP guests will have access to a menu of complimentary dishes during the event. Via Brasil’s happy hour is available seven days a week within the restaurant’s bar and outdoor patio. It runs Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. to close and Friday through Sunday 5 to 8 p.m. Cocktails are offered at a reduced price, including $6 Caipirinhas (flavors include strawberry, kiwi and passionfruit). Cocktails utilizing Via Brasil’s house-infused spirits are $2 off during happy hour. Guests can choose from 30 dishes during happy hour, including the Bruschetta ($3.75) topped with tomatoes, capers, kalamata olives and a balsamic reduction; New York Steak ($12.50) with grilled asparagus, rosemary demi-glace and garlic Romano steak fries; and Filet Sliders ($8.50) with gorgonzola, Portobello mushrooms, a port reduction and fries. All-you-can-eat can’t get much better than this—enjoy an endless amount of Via Brasil Steakhouse’s delectable meats and gourmet salad bar for $39.99 with the Rodizio Prime option. Fifteen different types of meat are available, including Picanha (top sirloin), Prime Rib, Brazilian Pork, Brazilian Sausage, Tri-Tip, Salmon, Beef Short Ribs and BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs. The dinner also comes with a choice of made-to-order sides served family style, including Fried Banana, Yucca Fries, Asparagus, Sautéed Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes.
Rodizio Sterling Dinner
Keep the meats coming with Via Brasil Steakhouse’s Rodizio Sterling Dinner—with an unprecedented 21 varieties of meats and cuts, this option is a meat lover’s dream come true. Lamb Chops and Porterhouse Steak to Filet Wrapped in Bacon and Flank Steak are brought to each diner and sliced tableside. Guests can request type, temperature and seasoning of their meats as to their specifications. The $49.99 dinner includes a gourmet salad bar with over 35 dishes such as Beef Carpaccio, Mussels, Potato Salad and Penne a la Vodka, and made-to-order sides served tableside.

Industry professionals receive 30 percent off Rodizio dinners, including Prime and Sterling, 30 percent off the gourmet salad bar and 30 percent off desserts. Diners must show valid business ID, TAM card or pay stub showing employment in the service industry to qualify.

Enjoy Via Brasil Steakhouse’s Ultra Happy Hour every Saturday from 8 p.m. until closing. Guests receive discounts on cocktails and top-shelf spirits during this late-night happy hour. Capirinhas and well cocktails are on offer for $5.50, and cocktails using prime spirits like Jack Daniels, Jameson, Bombay Sapphire, Knob Creek and Grey Goose can be enjoyed for $7.50-$8.50. In addition, top shelf spirits like Remy XO and Don Julio 1942 are on discount. Small plates such as Wedge Salad, Filet Sliders and Saffron Mussels are also available for $5 during the Ultra Happy Hour.

All-You-Can-Eat Sunday Rodizio Brunch

Via Brasil Steakhouse serves an all-you-can-eat, rodizio style brunch for $24.99 featuring over 50 possible dishes Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. As part of the brunch, guests can enjoy eight cuts of meat carved tableside, which includes Brazilian Cut Top Sirloin, or Picanha, Prime Rib, Brazilian Pork and Garlic Steak. Traditional brunch favorites such as eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles and eggs any style are available. Guests may order a custom omelet at the restaurant’s made-to-order Omelet Chef’s Station. Fresh-squeezed juices, including pineapple, orange, mango and strawberry are on offer at an additional cost of $3.99. Bottomless breakfast cocktails including mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Mary’s and Via Brasil’s Signature Wine Spritzer can be had for $18.
Football Sundays

Via Brasil Steakhouse offers the perfect place to catch the game while enjoying a delicious brunch every Sunday on their 150-inch dining room projection screen. Via Brasil’s two bar-side flatscreens will be showing all the local market gridiron action on Sundays. Enjoy the restaurant’s $24.99 all-you-can-eat brunch, including delectable cuts of meat like prime rib and top sirloin, and breakfast favorites like waffles, omelets and eggs any style. In true football spirit, the bar will be in full service for everyone’s beer and cocktail needs. Those who want to enjoy the game with friends can opt to watch on a 100-inch projector in one of Via Brasil’s private dining rooms. Night games are also shown during dinner service on Thursday, Sunday and Monday nights.
Kids Eat and Drink Free Sundays

Throughout the summer, kids 10 and under receive a free rodizio dinner (including drinks) with purchase of one adult rodizio dinner on Sundays. In addition to complimentary rodizio dinners for children, families also receive a free coloring book on Sundays. Children four and under eat free daily.
