Top Chef In Vegas! Where??

Celebrity chef, restaurateur and television’s Top Chef host, Tom Colicchio, dined at Celebrity “Rock ‘n’ Roll” Chef Kerry Simon’s award-winning Downtown Las Vegas restaurant, Carson Kitchen carsonkitchen.com Sunday night.

Colicchio was joined by trained culinary expert, food writer, cookbook author and dynamic TV personality, Gail Simmons for a late-night dinner. The duo noshed on an array of shared plates, including killer shrimp, veal meatballs, “devils” eggs and bacon jam.
