Save The Date - M.E.N.U.S.Event Coming Up At The Beach At Mandalay Bay

Epicurean Charitable Foundation of Las Vegas (ECF) has announced the confirmed restaurants that will be participating in its annual M.E.N.U.S. (Mentoring & Educating Nevada’s Upcoming Students) event on Friday, Oct. 9, at The Beach at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

M.E.N.U.S. 2015 will feature an exclusive poolside dine-around highlighted by dishes and drinks from many of the finest chefs, restaurants and distributors in the city. The dine-around will be complemented by live entertainment from local musicians, a DJ and an elegant silent auction offering one-of-a-kind items. Proceeds from M.E.N.U.S. support ECF’s primary charitable endeavor of ensuring annual scholarship awards for Clark County high school students seeking careers in the hospitality and food and beverage industries.
