All Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, along with Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar in Henderson, Nev., will introduce an assortment of new tapas and woodfired pizzas to the menu this month.
Sammy’s will debut three new savory tapas including: vegetarian and gluten-free oak-roasted curried cauliflower served with a lemon aioli; meatballs and marinara featuring a beef and pork meatball, tomato sauce, shaved Romano cheese and a toasted crostini; and the burrata, prosciutto and lentil salad served with a toasted crostini.
Sammy’s will add to its iconic woodfired pizza selections with two new varieties including: chicken andouille sausage and kale pizza with caramelized onions and house-made tomato sauce; and bacon and leek pizza with a roasted garlic sauce and smoked provolone cheese.
